At Kizzo, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how our shipping process works and the associated charges.

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: For all orders below ₹500, a fixed delivery charge will apply. The exact charge will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above ₹500 within India.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option. However, please note that an additional charge will apply for COD orders. This extra fee is to cover the cost of handling cash payments.
- The COD charge will be added during the checkout process, and you will be notified of the total amount before confirming your order.
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to pay the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays).

5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

6. International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within India.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, the courier may make re-attempts. However, any additional charges for re-delivery may apply and will be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
